My contact at Palmers thus far has been Emma. I have to say she has been an excellent point of contact and as a consequence helped my wife and I through the thinking process to buy my first Mitsubishi car. My experience of Palmers is limited to this one purchase but I am impressed with the "front of house" staff who have all been willing to offer information and advice but without being pushy. Emma has dealt with some minor issues with the car professionally and supportively. I am rating this experience as four stars because I have not yet experienced the other aspects of the dealership. But if they are as good as the sales staff - it bodes well for our relationship.
Dealt with Karl at the showroom and throughout the purchase of my Stelvio Quadrifoglio he was extremely professional and never pushy once about a sale. His focus was on me getting the best experience of the test drive and was very knowledgeable of the car. I had a wonderful experience in purchasing and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a new car. The rest of the team are really focused and very friendly..... certainly not like your pushy types of salesmen!! A very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Came in for a service on my Fiat at Palmer's Hemel earlier this month! Service was great. Whilst waiting for my service, I was approached by salesman Jordan whom knew I wasn’t looking to purchase a car, but was polite, efficient and helpful. Although I’m not looking to buy a new car I would not hesitate and highly recommend Palmer's.

Davide Manca did a great job for us with our new Fiat 500. He was always on top of the case and when delivery was a little delayed, he kept us updated and in the loop. Top man!

I went to Palmers to look at various cars - the service provided by Jordan Cave was so good we ended up buying one. He was very patient and provided great knowledge on the various cars we looked at. Collected new car from Palmers Hemel Hempstead earlier today. As with previous purchases, the whole process was overseen by Kiran Chavda. Friendly, helpful and professional, Kiran takes all the stress out of buying a new car. Things couldn't have gone any more smoothly, everything went according to plan, new car ready for collection as promised. Have been a customer of Palmers for over 12 years. Says it all really.
