National Lockdown Guidelines

Following the Government announcement on Monday 4th January which see’s all of our sites fall under the new national lockdown guidelines we wanted to outline how we are still going to be here to help keep you moving while working within the guidance laid out by Government.

As before there will be no material changes to our aftersales departments all of which will remain fully operational for service, repairs and MOT as “normal”, all operating as they have been for many months in a safe and Covid-19 secure manner.

Our sales showrooms will once again be temporarily closed to the public from today until such time as we move out of this lockdown. So for the immediate future we will again move back online to offer a full remote, virtual purchase experience. We have a team of advisors on hand to guide and assist with your purchase remotely, via phone or e-mail, we will be able to send you videos of vehicles, talk to you via video, phone or e-mail and meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us.

Our website is also fully equipped to allow you do everything from browsing to reserving a car to completing the entire sales journey and purchase online. Following the purchase of your new vehicle you can still collect your new car or van from our dealerships, though the handover will be outside so be sure to wrap up warm. All vehicle handovers will take place in a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both staff and customer safety. Home delivery options will also be available, and all handled in a Covid-19 safe manner observing all recommended safety guidelines.

We have already introduced many safety measures including social distancing measures, an appointment-only system, protective screens at our sales, service & parts desks, increased cleaning schedule, hand sanitiser stations throughout the dealerships, Masks are available for those who arrive without and are worn by all staff, keys and vehicles are all sanitised after every touch point as well as cashless payments to name but a few. The safety of our staff and our guests has and always will be our number one priority as we navigate this difficult time.

We are very much still open for business, and here to support and look after you as we navigate these unusual times together.
